Joshua Dunn is a San Diego native that is passionate about uplifting marginalized communities and equity as a social baseline. Since a young age, Joshua has participated in local ministry outreach and social groups serving San Diego natives and international individuals.

Before joining the District 4 team, Joshua pursued a passionate career in the Arts and worked with intellectually and physically disabled individuals within the San Diego community. He currently serves as a Community Representative for Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe.
